So, for example, if you have a Hyper Universe question or issue, click on the Hyper Universe image. Once on the Hyper Universe portal page, you will find articles on various topics. If you can't locate an article that helps, you can Submit a Request to open a ticket. Our support staff will review your tickets and get back to you with a solution. Or, you can request a Live Chat during our chat hours. We will try our best to resolve your issues via chat, but please understand that sometimes more investigation into the issue might be involved than can be handled during a live chat. In those situations, we will create a ticket from your chat and will follow up with you in an email.
