If you're stuck on the loading screen after the Nexon Game Security pop-up, there may be an issue with your NGS files. Please navigate to the following link to download and replace your existing files with the latest ones: NGS Files
The destination path for the existing files will be C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\HyperUniverse\BlackCipher\
After updating the NGS files, please attempt to launch the client again. If you're still unable to load into the game, click on the "Submit a request" button for us to further investigate.
