Here is a list of common questions and answers about Hyper Universe.
Q. How can I tell which Hypers I have unlocked?
A. You can go to the "Hyper Settings" page from the main lobby. Owned Hypers are colored in, while unowned Hypers will be black and white.
Q. Where do I find my Hyper Coupons?
A. The ticket icon "Exchange Coupon" on the bottom right of the lobby contains all of your coupons.
Q. How do I change my Emblem? How can I see what Emblems I have?
A. You can change your Emblems and see how many you have unlocked by clicking on your character profile icon at the bottom left of the main lobby. Click on any of the Emblems available to you to set it as your Emblem.
Q. Why can't I complete certain stories, even though I have met all the requirements?
A. Some stories feature characters that are not in our version of the game yet. Once those characters have been added, the stories that are currently stuck as in progress will become available to complete.
Q. I accidentally selected the wrong region, how do I change which server I play on?
A. You can re-select which region you play on by clicking on the “Mode” button right next to the “Quick Start” button at the top of the game lobby. After selecting which game mode and map you would like to play on, the region selection pop-up will ask you what server you would like to play on.

Q. I am from the CIS region, can I play Hyper Universe?
A. Unfortunately, we are contractually obligated to block users from the CIS region. This may change in the future, so please keep an eye on the website for any announcements.
Q. Why isn't X character/skin/feature in the game yet? Korea has it!
A. A lot of time and effort goes into properly localizing content. We we will not be running Hyper Universe the same way that Korea does, but we do want to include as much of the content as possible, when it is ready.
Q. Why can’t I buy NX? I keep getting a “New account activation” error.
A. We have a 24 hour account creation rule that prevents bots and spam accounts from purchasing NX. You will have to wait just a little while before you can add NX to your account.
Q. I keep getting the error “Session Verification Failed”. Why can’t I play?
A. This is a known issue we are working on and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are gathering player logs and are reporting everything to the developers and are working diligently to get this issue fixed. Q. Will Korean voice options ever be put in the game?
A. The developers are very aware of this request, but have it as a low priority right now. Keep an eye on our website for any updates.
Q. Why can’t I select a resolution that fits my screen?
A. Currently, Hyper Universe does not support super widescreen resolutions, or 16:10 resolutions. We apologize for the inconvenience that this causes you, but please keep an eye on our website for updates.
